When a user attempts to add an out of stock part to a parts invoice, Lightspeed NXT checks surrounding participating dealers for stock and offers the user a list of those dealers who do have the part in inventory. The following report details the number of times during the stated month that parts personnel have chosen to actively search surrounding dealer’s inventories. The report is organized by parts vendor, and shows both the count of searches for that vendor and the retail dollar value of the parts searched.
